Please Note: Our return and exchange policy varies based on where your purchase was made. Please review the section that applies to your order below.


In-Store (Stonebriar Mall) & Website Purchases

Exchanges Only

Purchases made in store or through our website are exchange or store credit only.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Exchanges may be made for size, color, or store credit only

  • No refunds will be issued for in-store or website purchases

Final Sale Items (No Exchanges)

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale, clearance, or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • ALL Custom Hat Orders

 


TikTok Shop Returns Policy

Purchases made through TikTok Shop follow TikTok’s required return guidelines.

7-Day Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • ALL Custom Hat Orders

  • Sale, clearance, or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds (TikTok Shop Only)

Refunds apply only to eligible TikTok Shop returns.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval status

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
